History
MiniMerchant started business in Stockton, CA/San Joaquin County in the mid 1970's. Over the years the business changed hands twice before being shuttered by it's owner circa 1999, a French company that publishes 350+ like publications in Canada. In 2003, the publication was revived on the internet and publishing began in August of 2004.
