BodyPeace was developed by Dr. Craig Shapiro to bring a natural health care technique to people unaware of how stress damages them. The practice employs a unique bodywork protocol to decrease and counter the damaging effects of stress on the body to promote greater health and well being. The patient sees reduction in pain, tension, and fatigue; and replaces them with peace, joy, and energy. While it combines many different principles and techniques, it primarily consists of gentle pressure, touching, tapping, flicking, scratching and compressing specific areas, in a specific order, on the head, face, neck, back, arms and legs.

"As a practicing natural health care provider for the past decade, I have seen the effects of stress (physical, mental, emotional and chemical) manifest into all kinds of symptoms and ailments and feel the key to health and well being is to decrease your stress and its damaging effects. So I have committed myself to helping people do just that. It's called BodyPeace."
