Alexandria Property Management is a residential and commercial property management company located in Alexandria, Virginia. It is one of the fastest growing professional property managers in the Northern Virginia area.
Interestingly, one thing that Alexandria Property Management has done is set up online access for all of its tenants and all of the rental property owners for whom it works. [1]
History
The founders of Alexandria Property Management actually started business in 2001 as a small shop known as Donkra IV Industries LLC in Alexandria, Virginia. They managed properties for years owned by a limited partnership, known as Bankra Partners LP, that Donkra was the general partner of. Over time, members of the Alexandria investment property community who came to know of their work and the management they did on behalf of Bankra would ask them to manage other properties for them. Finally, in 2009, they decided to formalize and launch their 3rd-party management services under the new brand Alexandria Property Management.
