History

Founded in Paris by Anthony Dinis in 1995[2], Vocalcom is a Société Anonyme with own capital of €3.500.000[3]. It maintains today international subsidiaries in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Brazil, USA, Mexico and Canada.[4] Vocalcom’s Hermes.Net call center software has received the “Best of Show Award” at Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC)’s Internet Telephony Conference and ITEXPO West 2008.[5][6]
