A wiki is a collaborative website that allows multiple people to easily edit content. Some of the distinguishing characteristics of wiki software include archive storage of every previous version of every page, intensive hyperlinking within the resource, and varying levels of user and administrator access and privileges. The most famous example of a successful wiki is Wikipedia, but there are thousands of others, including Encyc.org, Wikitravel, and MyWikiBiz itself.
